R.I.S.E. U.P. For Education embodies the principles of R.I.S.E.: Reach, Inspire, Share, Elevate, and Understand the Power within yourself. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their highest aspirations by fostering an environment where they can set ambitious goals, inspire others, share their knowledge, elevate their skills, and understand the power they possess to achieve anything they set their minds to. We strive to make a positive difference every day and encourage everyone to be the best version of themselves.

We are committed to valuing and honoring the individuality of every student. Our goal is to offer personalized support and guidance, empowering each student to develop academically, socially, and emotionally while striving for excellence.
OUR JOURNEY
In August of 2017, Shantel founded R.I.S.E. U.P. For Education to address the community’s need for services and resources. The organization, standing for Reach, Inspire, Share, Elevate, and Understand the Power within yourself, has expanded to offer tutoring, after-school activities, summer camps, and more. Shantel used her personal resources to support students, providing monetary donations for basketball uniforms, school trips and many other school related activities. Shantel also supported former students with assistance for research papers, projects and job applications. The business would not be where it is today without the unwavering support from family, friends, coworkers, and her church family, who have played a crucial
role in development and success.
